Usually there is not an International bank fee or transaction fee. If there is a small deduction, please contact our customer service.

Your order can be canceled/changed if you contact our customer service before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping information email. In this case, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our return instructions.

If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to double check your payment information and place your order again. We aren't able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. You also can contact our customer service, include as many details as you can about the issue (including any error messages you receive), and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.
The bulky items(such as the solar panel, refrigerator, power station and roof rack) can ship to Continental U.S. only but other items can ship to other locations.
We have warehouses in the US so your order is usually shipped from San Francisco or Ontario.
Once your order is placed, it will leave our warehouse within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). The whole shipping takes around 7 days.
If you don’t receive your package within the time frame, please feel free to contact our customer service. We'll be more than happy to help!
Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.
If the original address is a valid address, the package will be delivered there. You can contact the local post, FedEx or UPS when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.
If the original address is invalid, your package will not be successfully delivered and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our customer service with the order number. We'll be more than happy to help!
Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment since we mainly use FedEx or UPS to ship your order.

1) Usually, we will ship two items with two separate packages by FedEx, due to the large size. And there will be two tracking numbers, but the website systems allow only one tracking number to be uploaded.
2) So, you can see only one tracking number in your order. But we'll send a message to you to let you know all the tracking numbers of the packages.

We take pride in the quality of our items and if it's anything less than great, we want to make it right. In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. Make sure to include the information below:

2) Product name or SKU number/Product code (you can find this in your confirmation email)
3) Describe the damage/defects and provide clear photos.

If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:
1) To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your shipping confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.
2) If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.
You can try to refer to the manual for the solutions or contact our customer service with the order number, the photos or the video about the quality issue.
We usually don’t cover the return cost, but if there is any quality issue with the item, kindly contact our customer service and we will solve the issue asap.
Once you submit your request for return, we will send you the return address. Please ONLY ship it to the return address that we provide, and not to the address on your original package or your return will not be received.

You need to investigate the cause and see if it is caused by your own operation error or the product itself has quality problems.
The wiring is not fully connected to the negative terminal. The wiring is not strong, and the contact resistance is large, which leads to heat generation.
The pv end shows red, the battery end shows green.
What do you think is the basis for the battery not being charged? To judge whether the battery is charging, you can check whether the charging current is on the display. You can also use a multimeter to connect the positive and negative poles of the battery to see if the voltage will rise. If there is a rise, it proves the battery Charging.
